Registration Form
This year we are decorating tables with candy and/or treats for the kids, to be placed around the pavilion, so we can all enjoy the festivities together!
Participating groups and individuals are asked to have a Gospel / Reformation / Martin Luther type of theme, and will need to have your table ready by 11:45am, Sunday, October 27, 2024.
Please be health conscious for yourself and others. We are inviting all to take part and want all to feel comfortable. Consider laying out treats individually so the child can grab one and not dig through a bowl. Remain at your table for the duration of the event. Have some chairs to sit in and compliment the kids’ costumes! Meet a family! Have fun!
For candy, please only bring store-bought individually wrapped treats, or consider giving out a non-candy treat (bubbles, toys, other small prizes). We don’t know the exact number of kids, but we could have 200+ children at the event.
This year’s event is 3 hours, ending at 3:00pm.
