Christ’s Words
And he came down with them and stood on a level place, with a great crowd of his disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem and the seacoast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. And those who were troubled with unclean spirits were cured. And all the crowd sought to touch him, for power came out from him and healed them all.

Christ’s Words
As the signs and wonders of Jesus began to spread throughout the land, more and more people sought Him out. They wanted to sit at the feet of this great teacher. They wanted to receive His gifts of healing and His Word. And this has continued to this day. Still, now there are those who are first hearing God’s Word and are led by the Holy Spirit to seek out Jesus. Back then, Jesus preached and ministered to the crowds. And even today, Jesus continues to touch our lives through the ongoing ministry of His life-giving Word. His Words are living waters when our spirit thirsts. His Words are life-giving bread on which our spirit feeds. Christ’s Words are our light through the darkness of this life. His Words are ours of joy unfailing!

Christ’s Words
