Faith Over Association
Judas, chosen by Jesus, walked with Him, witnessed His miracles, and heard His teachings. Yet, despite this close association, he chose to betray his Master. This tragic act reminds us that merely being near Jesus or involved in Christian activities isn't enough. Salvation is not about proximity but faith. Judas's betrayal played a crucial role in God's salvation plan, leading Jesus to the cross and the empty tomb. Take this time to reflect on the depth of your faith. Do you trust Jesus as your Savior, or are you merely associated with Him? True faith in Jesus, recognizing His sacrifice and resurrection, is given only through the Holy Spirit and is what rescues us from sin and death. Cling to Christ and His cross in faith, for He alone is your salvation.
