The Father's Word
22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to him, “Lord, how is it that you will manifest yourself to us, and not to the world?” 23 Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. 24 Whoever does not love me does not keep my words. And the word that you hear is not mine but the Father’s who sent me.

The Father's Word
The Father wants everyone to be saved. His love and his mercy overflows for you and me. So, he sends his Son into the world to free the captives and rescue the lost. This is the God that dwells with his people. God with us, Immanuel, takes on human flesh so that he can die and rise again. He sends his Holy Spirit to us that we would have faith and we would drown the old sinful nature. Everyday, a new man arises in righteousness that keeps God's Word. This Holy Spirit dwells in our hearts. He makes his home among us so that he can unite us to one another around the Word made flesh. Together we are a holy house. Your God makes you holy and is delighted in you.
