Truth in Love
Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.

Truth in Love
The work of his Holy Spirit is to bind you together in forgiveness, life, and salvation. It is to call you by the Gospel, enlighten you by the gifts of Baptism, Absolution, and the Lord's Supper. It is to sanctify you and keep you in the true faith. He binds you together as the body of Christ. That is so that we can, in every way, grow up into Christ, who is the head. The glue that holds it all together is love. The Love of Jesus and his cross, the Love his his shed blood, the Love of his rising again, and the Love of his sending the rescue to you in the preaching and teaching of the Word and the Sacraments given to you and for you.
