You Were Raised with Christ
If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.

You Were Raised with Christ
If you were buried with Christ in a death like his, you are most assuredly raised with him to a life like his. That means that you are no longer dwelling in death and in the fading things of this world, now you seek things that are above. You store your treasures in heaven with Jesus. According to his cross, your sins have died, your debt has been paid, and you are no longer under the power of sin. According to his empty tomb, you are a child of God, you are hidden in Jesus, you are alive to the Father, and you will appear with him in glory.
